Notes: Though nothing is known of the church's early history, its 'dedication, location and churchyard morphology point to an early medieval origin' (CPAT). This is an exceptional site with all of its 9 yews recorded here. They include ancient and notable specimens. All are on the west side of the church, as seen in the plan.
