Notes: The yew grows south of the church at the west end. In Arcisse de Caumont's 1867 Statistique monumental du Calvados, vol 5 p 413 he wrote that 'an ancient yew tree grows in the cemetery of St-Aubin; this is one of the most remarkable vegetal monuments in the department. The stem, separated in two parts, offers perhaps 9 to 10 feet of diameter if the central part remained'.
