Notes: An old record (age and source unknown) describes a '20ft girthed yew growing in the rectory garden' at Standish. The rectory now houses a restaurant called The Owls at Standish, and it is in the restaurant gardens, behind the pond at the entrance to Rectory Woods, that are found the two old yews described here.
