Notes: Peter Norton 2010: The church, on a prominent knoll, dates back to about the 13th century. The tower and nave were rebuilt in 1840. One large yew has been lost from this site, and one of the two younger yews still growing here is thought to have been planted in 1820 at a price of 2 shillings. This would suggest fast growing yews in this churchyard.
