Notes:At the summit of this small hill, with commanding views across to Welshbury iron-age fort and down to Flaxbury Abbey. At about 10′ this is the smallest girthed of the trees at this location. It has exposed roots, the ground being much higher on one side of the tree than the other. The contours of the ground around the tree suggests that it is next to a hollow way.
