Notes:January 1999 – Tim Hills: The surviving yew grows SE of the ruin. It is a horse shoe shaped hollow tree, and no taller than 20′. Many dead branches jut out from thin foliage and ivy. At its narrowest it measured 16′ 4” (498cm). Taking into account the lost part of the tree would make it above 500cm.
