Notes:

August 2000 – Tim Hills: One of the pair of yews due north of the church tower and on the right when approaching from the church. Large stones, dead grasses and earth were piled against its trunk. A burnt out hollow space by the wall.
October 2013 – Tim Hills: Elder growing 10′ tall blocked access to the hollow part of the tree and is perhaps protecting it from more damage. The bole is 8’/10′ high above which two main branches develop. The pile of rock and soil seemed higher than in 2000, up to 5′ deep.
