Notes:Tree 3 on the plan, north of the church. Here are two fragments of a once much larger tree, with a girth of 35′ around the base of both fragments.
In 1998 I observed burn marks on the stump of the removed fragment.
In 2021 the living fragment was measured and girths of 13′ 6” (411cm) at 4′ and 14′ 5” (439cm) at the ground were recorded. The fragment is hollow with internal growth. Chicken on the Woods was noted.
