Notes:

1999 and 2013 – Tim Hills: SW of the church, all that remains of this once huge tree is a long narrow fragment. It would once have been of formidable girth. At one end a young trunk separated from the fragment may or may not be part of the tree. It is not included in the girth of 21′ 4” (650cm) at 1′ in 1999 and 21′ 6” (655cm) at 1′ in 2013. Other differences noted in the 14 years between visits are the removal of ivy, and vigorous growth in the crown.
